Hey @wshaikh877, I feel your pain, man. Putting your whole account in is basically asking for trouble. I learned that the hard way last month, ended up shorting BTCUSD right before it went parabolic. Lost like half my capital. Now I'm super cautious. My rule is: never risk more than 1-2% of my account on a single trade, and definitely not when I'm feeling emotional or frustrated. It's tempting to chase the big wins, but consistent small wins are way better for mental health and long-term survival. Also, with all this geopolitical stuff in the news, like that recession talk, I'm finding it hard to predict anything. One minute it's bullish, the next it feels like a crash is coming.
