XAGUSD closed the week strongly bullish. The significant price increase is notable, but the RSI is flashing overbought. I'll be monitoring for a potential pullback early next week, especially considering we're entering the weekend with this momentum. A gap up on Monday is possible, but I'm remaining cautious.

Update: I'm thinking about how to approach this potential gap. If it gaps up significantly, I'll probably wait for a retracement before considering any long positions. The overbought RSI makes me hesitant to jump in immediately. Conversely, a gap down could present a buying opportunity, but I'd want to see some consolidation first. I'm also considering the SMAs – the 20 and 50 are providing support, but a break below those levels would change my outlook. Risk management is key here, especially with weekend uncertainty. I plan to adjust my position size accordingly.
