Seriously though, that news about Europe's MiCA regulation pushing smaller firms towards higher compliance costs has to be a factor, even if it's not directly about ETHUSD. It creates uncertainty across the board. And the other news about scammers using physical threats… that’s just messed up and makes everything feel riskier. I was expecting ETH to hold its ground, especially after seeing how Bitcoin was performing. But this current price action around 2300 is just brutal. I'm considering cutting my losses, but then again, what if this is just a dip before another surge like the Bitcoin rally? It's a gamble either way.

I saw @sfoLinda28 mention the 20-day SMA and the Bollinger Band, and honestly, I didn't even check those. I just got caught up in the hype from the news about Bitcoin breaking $76k. It felt like a sure thing that ETH would follow, especially with that breaking news about it surpassing $2,400. Now I'm just watching the numbers go down and feeling sick. Maybe I should have listened to those more technical guys like @boldGlen9 about being cautious with the 401k, but this is supposed to be different, right? I just don't get why it's falling so hard when the overall crypto market sentiment was supposed to be so strong.
