Seeing XAUUSD trading right around the 50-day SMA at 4745.99. It's been consolidating there for a bit. The Bollinger Bands are also squeezed, suggesting low volatility right now, but that usually means a bigger move is coming. Watching for a break above R1 at 4722.66, but not convinced yet. 🤔

Yeah, and looking at the price action more closely, it's hovering right at that 50-day SMA again. It’s like the market can’t decide if it wants to respect it as support or break through. The Bollinger Bands are really tight here, which is classic for a potential breakout, but which way? 🤷♂️ I'm hesitant to go heavy on a long position without seeing a clear break above 4750, maybe even 4760. On the flip side, if we see a strong push down and it breaks below the 20-day SMA near 4716, that could signal a short-term dip. It’s just so uncertain right now, feels like a coin toss. Watching the volume closely to see if any conviction builds.
