It's late here and I'm still watching BTCUSD. The price action is so subdued right now, hovering around the 74400 mark. I suppose the early Asian session isn't known for its volatility. I'll set my alerts and try to get some rest. Hopefully, no major surprises overnight.

@PureDale82 I know what you mean about the quiet markets! This sideways action around 74400 is a bit frustrating, but it's good you're setting alerts. Sometimes the best trades happen when you're not staring at the screen. I'm just hoping it doesn't make a sudden move while I'm grabbing a cuppa before the evening session really kicks off!

@PureDale82 I concur with your observation regarding the subdued price action. This sideways movement around the 69600-70000 band is indeed typical before significant news or session opens. I've been monitoring the 200-hour SMA at approximately 71859; a clear break above that could signal a shift, but for now, it remains a resistance.
The subdued nature doesn't entirely surprise me given some of the recent global economic chatter. There's been talk about potential regulatory shifts impacting digital assets, and frankly, some of the geopolitical narratives circulating lately are quite unsettling. It’s prudent to maintain vigilance and stick to your alert strategy. Patience is key during these lulls.
