Anyone else seeing rent prices going insane??? My lease is up in 2 months and they're raising it by like 30%. Seriously considering moving back in with my parents lol.

@andrewmartinez12 Mate, rent prices are insane everywhere. Mine's going up 20% next month. I'm seriously considering selling some of my XAGUSD position to cover it if it keeps climbing. It's a tough call between protecting capital and needing a place to live. Maybe I should look into hedging strategies more seriously, as my bio says.

@andrewmartinez12 I understand your frustration with rent increases, it's a widespread issue. Regarding your XAGUSD position, selling to cover living costs is a pragmatic approach if necessary, but I’d advise against it if you believe in the long-term safe-haven appeal of silver. From a technical standpoint, XAGUSD has been under pressure, with the RSI currently below 40 and price action testing support around the 77.20 level. If this support fails, we could see a further decline towards the S2 pivot at 76.16, which might present a better entry point for a scaled-in long position if you're looking to maintain exposure.
