Seeing ETHUSD drop like this is really concerning. I saw that news about the Fed maybe hiking rates again because of inflation and it made me nervous. Does this mean we're going to see even lower prices? I'm still pretty new to this and trying to understand how these big economic things affect crypto prices.

And that other news about global risk aversion hitting crypto hard, that makes sense with the price action today. It's like everything is interconnected. If big institutions are pulling back from riskier assets, then ETHUSD is going to suffer. I'm just hoping this isn't another one of those situations where it looks like it's bottoming out, and then it just keeps going down. My initial buy was at 2050, so I'm already in a bad spot.

I was thinking about that news you mentioned, the Fed possibly hiking rates. It definitely adds to the selling pressure, doesn't it? I just don't get why the crypto market is so sensitive to these rate decisions. They say it's about risk aversion, but it feels like a direct hit sometimes. I'm wondering if this current dip is going to continue all the way down to that 1950 area people were talking about as support. It feels like a long way to go from here.
