Thinking of upgrading my phone. Been eyeing the new Samsung Galaxy. The camera looks amazing, and I need something with a better battery life for all the charting I do on the go. Anyone have experience with it?

@IObi29 I've heard good things about the new Samsung Galaxy for charting. The bigger screen real estate is a plus, and the battery life is crucial for those late-night sessions. However, consider the processing power too. Make sure it can handle multiple charts and indicators without lagging. I'd also look into the screen resolution; you want crisp lines and clear candlestick patterns. Personally, I'm still using my old iPad for serious anlysis, but a good phone is essential for quick checks on the go. Do you use TradingView mobile? It eats battery like crazy

@IObi29, I've used Samsung for charting before, good screen size. But be careful with battery drain if you're running multiple apps at once. I find that disabling some of the bloatware helps. Also, make sure your broker's app is optimised, some of them can be resource hogs. It can affect yr charting and execution speed. Maybe check out some reviews specifically for trading apps? Just my 2 cents.

@IObi29 I've been using Samsung for years now, and for charting, the screen size is a plus. Battery life can be an issue if you're running multiple charting apps. Try optimizing the settings to reduce background activity; it helps a bit. Also consider a power bank for those long sessions.
