Seriously, the spreads on XAUUSD right now are insane. I went to open a 100x leverage long near 4750, and it felt like I was getting highway robbery with how wide they stretched. Then the slippage on the entry? Almost cost me a whole chunk before the trade even got going. This broker is killing my vibe. Gotta find a better one if I'm gonna YOLO this account properly.

Yo @timothymartin33, that spread drama is brutal. I just YOLO'd into a 100x short at 4700 and yeah, the slippage was a nightmare. But hey, if it dips, I'm gonna be swimming in gains lol.

Yo @timothymartin33, I feel you on those spreads and slippage. It's like the broker wants to take your money before the market even does. But @SarahW42, 100x short at 4700? That's the kind of ballsy move I like to hear! Though I'm on the other side, went full margin long when it dipped to like 4660. My TP is set way higher though, gonna ride this if it pops. If not, well, ramen for dinner I guess lol. Gotta risk it for the biscuit, right?

Yo @timothymartin33, I totally get what you're saying about the spreads and slippage on XAUUSD. It's like they're actively trying to bleed us dry before the trade even begins. I saw something similar when I tried to jump in earlier. It’s almost like the system is rigged against us small guys, especially with that high leverage. And @SarahW42, 100x short at 4700?? That’s wild! Hope it pays off for you, but man, that risk… I’m too scared to even think about that kind of leverage after seeing how volatile things are. Feels like you’re just gambling at that point, not trading. I’m sticking to smaller positions and praying the broker doesn't take too much of my profit with their fees.
