Update: Thinking about using a trailing stop if I go long on Monday. The market's been too unpredictable lately to just set a fixed TP. Also, I'll keep an eye on the D1 chart for any major reversals. Better safe than sorry, especially with gold. May even look at a smaller position size than usual.

@ArchieG36, I see what you're saying about watching for a breakout. But honestly, 5053 seems too high given the current bearish trend. I'm not sure about going long there, seems risky. I'm thinking more like watching for a dip below 4900. If it breaks that, it could drop pretty fast. What indicators are you using to spot the breakout? Maybe I'm missing something. Just trying to get a second opinion before making a move.
