This slippage during the Asian session is absolutely maddening! I placed a limit buy order for XAUUSD just above the 4800 support level, anticipating a slight bounce, but the execution price was nearly 20 pips lower. It's as if the market makers are actively working against retail traders. The spreads widened considerably too, making any small gain evaporate instantly. It feels like the brokers are profiting from our misfortunes, especially when liquidity is thin. I understand that low liquidity can lead to wider spreads, but this level of discrepancy is unacceptable. It makes executing precise strategies nearly impossible and erodes confidence in the platform. I'm seriously reconsidering my broker choice if this continues to be the norm.
