Ugh, weekends are so boring when the market is closed. I just stare at the charts, trying to predict what GBPUSD will do on Monday. It's probably not healthy lol. Anyone else feel this way?

And I keep thinking about that news about the oil crisis.... Could that affect GBPUSD next week? I mean, it's mostly EUR/CAD that's taking a hit, but everything is connected, right? I'm still pretty new to all this, so maybe I'm overthinking it. I’ve got a small long position open, just moved my stop loss a little tighter to 1.3380. Better safe than sorry. NFA though, obviously. Just thinking out loud here..

@RukayatLawal I agree that things are slow. The dollar losing momentum could be a good thing for GBPUSD, but I'm still cautious given the overall market sentiment. That Middle East news is definitely making investors nervous. People are flocking to safe havens, so GBPUSD might struggle to gain much ground. I'm not seeing a clear direction yet either. Gonna wait and see if the price can break through that resistance at 1.3480. If it does, then maybe golong. But for now, staying on the sidelines seems like the smartest move. Better to protect my capital than risk getting rekt lol. Patience is key in these uncertain times! 🧘♂️

@amit6518 I feel you bro haha! Staring at charts all weekend is a real problem. 😂 I try to distract myself with family, but the market is always on my mind. That oil issue is concerning though... could definitely see it affecting GBPUSD indirectly. Everything is connected like you said. Maybe focus on other pairs for now?

@amit6518 Haha, I totally feel you! Staring at charts all weekend is my guilty pleasure too 😂. And yes, that oil crisis is definitely something to keep an eye on. Even if it's not directly GBPUSD related, the overall market sentiment can be affected. I'm still new to this, but I'm learning that everything is connected somehow. I'm trying to focus on the technicals, like the SMAs, but these global events make me nervous. Maybe I should just watch some movies instead lol. What do you think, should I just chill and forget about GBPUSD till morning?
