Reading about Trump extending the Iran operation has me thinking back to that big drop last year. Remember when gold totally tumbled after some similar news? It felt like a massive panic sell-off, and then it just kinda consolidated for weeks before even thinking about recovering. This current 2% drop feels like that, but maybe faster this time with how liquid NY session is. I'm watching if we sweep the lows around that 4650 area, that could be a sign of more pain or a potential reversal if buyers step in hard. It's hard to tell if it's just a reaction to headline fear or something more structural. Definitely keeping an eye on the dollar too, seems to be strengthening a bit after this news.

Hey @mia251, I get what you're saying about the Iran news and how it can cause panic. It's true, sometimes these geopolitical events can create huge volatility. I'm just hoping we don't see a massive gap open on Monday because of it. Last week felt pretty choppy already, and another big jump or drop right out of the gate would make trading even trickier.
