@joshua1986 Yeah, those US session spreads are brutal. I just go all-in on my small account during Asian session hoping for a quick 100x profit and call it a day. Less chance of getting rekt by those spreads lol.

Makes you wonder if they're intentionally widening them to catch retail traders like us. I'm starting to think sticking to longer timeframes, like H4 or even D1, is the way to go. Less noise, less stress, and maybe a bit more sanity. These tiny price swings are just not worth the headache sometimes. What's your usual H4 strategy?
