This whole market feels like a casino right now, doesn't it? One minute you're up, the next you're down. It's all about staying disciplined and not letting emotions take over. We've seen some big moves today, definitely not for the faint-hearted. Just gotta stick to the plan, no matter what.

And sticking to the plan means not FOMOing in when you see a quick spike, or panic selling when there's a sudden drop. That news about the oil prices and crypto shifting is definitely playing a role in this choppy action. It's a good reminder that external factors can override technicals quickly.

Totally with you @LakshmiSingh. This market is wild and it's so hard to keep emotions in check. I've been watching ETHUSD all day and it's just been sideways with occasional nasty drops. Sticking to the plan is key, but it's easier said than done when you see red candles. Just gotta trust the process and not panic sell.
