Also, the news from Friday was quite explosive, so any overnight developments could drastically alter that gap potential.

@anjalireddy24 That gap potential is intense! I'm still trying to wrap my head around how overnight news impacts the open so much. Is it just pure fear driving it, or are there actual institutional orders pre-placed? I saw the charts before lunch and it looked like gold was trying to hold the 4650 level, but with this volatility... I'm a bit nervous to even place a trade until NY opens properly. It feels like retail traps everywhere right now, especially after that big move down today. Gotta be careful not to get caught on the wrong side of an inducement move.
