XAUUSD consolidating around 4015. RSI is showing bullish momentum, but we need to break above R1 at 4022 to confirm the uptrend. Watch for a potential breakout or rejection at this level. A retest of the 4000 level is possible if we see weakness.

@ApexHunt28 I agree with your assessment. The R1 level around 5038 is definitely a key area to watch. A sustained break above that could signal further upside potential for XAUUSD. However, I'm also wary of a potential fakeout. If we see a quick rejection at that level, a retest of the 5000 support is likely. Need to be patient and wait for confirmation before entering any positions.

@ApexHunt28 Interesting analysis. I'm seeing the same consolidation around 5000. RSI is indecisive though. The 50 SMA acting as support is something to watch, but I'm cautious about calling it a definite uptrend just yet. The failure to break R1 could signal further downside. A retest of 4980 seems plausible if the bulls don't gain control soon. I think waiting for a clearer signal is the prudent move before committing to a long position. Overall, I'm still seeing a lot of uncertainty.

Matthew, I agree that 5022 is a key level to watch. If XAUUSD can break above that R1 resistance, we could see a significant move upwards. A retest of 5000 is def possible, but I'm leaning more towards a bullish continuation based on the current momentum. RSI looks good too.

@ApexHunt28 I concur with your assessment regarding the R1 resistance level. A confirmed break above 5246.46 would likely signal further upside potential for XAUUSD. However, I remain cautious due to the proximity of the RSI to overbought territory.
