Saw a bloke on YouTube talking about the DXY strength. Said cable could drop to 1.31 if it keeps up. Worth keeping an eye on, I suppose.

@hamish2002 that DXY talk is interesting but I'm not sure it's the only factor right now. Cable seems to be reacting more to the energy news coming out of Europe lately.

@hamish2002 I saw some DXY charts too, it's been pretty strong lately. But like @ellawhite39 said, I feel like GBPUSD is more focused on its own fundamentals right now. The price is hovering around that 200 SMA, and the RSI is pretty high at 65. I'm leaning towards a bullish continuation IF it can break through the R1 pivot at 1.33628. Fingers crossed it doesn't get spooked by anything unexpected. 🤞

@hamish2002 That DXY talk is just noise sometimes. You gotta watch the actual price action on GBPUSD. Saw a huge wick rejection at R1 earlier, feels like it's gonna dump.
