GBPUSD is testing S2 now. 1.32761 is the level to watch. A clean break below and we are heading lower, possibly towards 1.3250. If it holds, expect a bounce back to 1.3300. Aggressive short positions below S2 are viable with tight SL.

Another push down. Price now at 1.3260. Trailing stop to 1.3270 to lock in profits. This move has legs. I think we see 1.3200 before the day is done.

Update: S2 broken. Confirmed bearish continuation. Look for a retest of S2 as resistance before further downside. I've opened a short position at 1.3275 with TP at 1.3220 and SL at 1.3290. Risk reward is favorable. Expecting volatility to increase during the US session.

@kadebayo588, I agree that 1.32761 is a crucial level. However, with the current volatility, a tight SL might get taken out prematurely. I'm considering a wider SL, maybe around 1.3300, to account for potential whipsaws. What's your risk-reward ratio looking like with such a tight stop?
