The close on Friday does leave a bit to be desired. We're seeing some bullish signals from the RSI on the D1, but that 200 SMA is looming overhead. I'm not entirely convinced the bulls have the strength to break through that resistance without some catalyst. It's a wait and see approach for me at this point, risk management will be key.

Also, worth considering the news cycle over the weekend. Any escalation in those oil tensions could send risk assets lower and boost the dollar, weighing on GBPUSD. Need to be prepared for that scenario. Going to set some alerts just in case. See you all on Monday.

@rajeshchowdhury13 I agree about the oil tensions. That's what I'm worried about too. If things escalate, flight to safety will definitely hurt GBPUSD.

@rajeshchowdhury13 i agree with u. oil tensions r a big concern. i'm also worried about the 200 SMA resistance. seems hard to break above it right now.
