Anyone else getting flashbacks to that GBPUSD dip back in early 2023? I remember the sentiment was similar, everyone expecting a bounce that just never materialised. We might be seeing a repeat of that pattern here, with the bearish trend gaining momentum. Keeping a close eye on the 1.33 level as a potential support test!

Also, worth noting that the Bollinger Bands are tightening up. Usually precedes a significant move, so volatility could be about to spike! Get ready for some action! I'm thinking a short position might be the play if we see a convincing break of that lower band around 1.33. Let's see what happens!

Update: Just checked the D1 chart and the 200 SMA is looming around 1.34284. If we break below 1.33, that's the next major level to watch. Could be a bumpy ride down if the bears really take control. Holding off on any big moves for now, waiting for confirmation!
