Given the current bearish momentum and the fact that XAUUSD has broken below the S2 pivot at 4635, I've decided to reduce my typical position size for this trade. A smaller lot size is prudent when entering against such a strong trend, especially with indicators like the 20 SMA (4806) and 50 SMA (4913) still far above the current price. I'm looking for a potential short entry on a retest of the 4664 Bollinger Band resistance, but with only 0.5% of capital allocated.
