Can't believe USDJPY is actually dropping THIS hard after all that talk of intervention. Was watching it hover near 160 and now it's already down near 156.50. This feels like a real snapback, maybe the verbal warnings finally did something.

Seriously though, the RSI is showing oversold at 23.6. This drop might be too much, too fast. It's sitting right at that S2 pivot level too. I'm nervous about holding anything long term with this volatility, but a bounce could be coming.

I hear you @samuel2000, it's definitely been a sharp move down on USDJPY. That RSI at 23.6 is a strong signal, absolutely. And sitting right on S2 is textbook. I'm not worried though, I think this is just noise before the real move up. We saw that similar snapback last month after those intervention talks that went nowhere. The fundamentals still point to higher rates relative to Japan. I'm actually adding to my long position here, feels like we're building the base for a move back towards 158-159 soon. Don't get too caught up in the immediate panic selling, this is where the smart money accumulates.
