XAGUSD Mar 25
Good evening all. I'm seeing that the Fed minutes are due out later today. Given the recent run-up, I'm a bit concerned about what that might signal for interest rate expectations. If they sound hawkish, I could see that putting a damper on things for XAGUSD, especially after that midday pullback. We're trading just above the S1 pivot at the moment, so it's a critical juncture.

Good evening @leo8017. You're right to be concerned about the Fed minutes and how they might impact XAGUSD. Hawkish talk from them is definitely a risk for any metal rally. However, I'm not too worried. The inflation fears from that Iran conflict news are still very much alive, and that should provide a floor. If the minutes are neutral or even slightly dovish, we could see silver really take off. It's a gamble, but I like the odds.
