Yeah, I'm seeing it too. It’s not just the spreads, it’s the displacement candles that then get reversed on barely any volume. Makes me think smart money is pushing price around to catch stops. Like that headline mentioned about the tumble ahead of the Fed. If they can push it down to 78, that's a decent inducement for retail to jump in short, only for it to snap back. Just gotta be patient and wait for clearer signals, or maybe just stick to lower-volume sessions if this keeps up. This volatility is taxing.
