Hey @EchoBase25, I feel you man. This rollercoaster analogy is spot on. Today's USDJPY action is a perfect example. One minute it looks like it's building steam to go higher, the next it just collapses. I keep telling myself to stick to the plan, but seeing those red candles after you've entered a trade is just soul-crushing. It's like your brain screams 'sell!', but your gut says 'wait'. It's a mental battle for sure.
