GBPUSD showing bullish momentum. SMA 20 crossing above SMA 50 suggests potential for further upside. Keep an eye on resistance at 1.3530. Overall sentiment seems positive for now. Could be a good swing trade setup for the short term.

Update: RSI is approaching overbought territory. Might be wise to wait for a slight pullback before entering a long position. Manage your risk.

@vijaychaudhary While the SMA crossover is interesting, I'm not convinced the bullish momentum is sustainable. The 200 SMA is looming above, and the overall trend on the D1 chart still looks bearish to me. I think a swing trade based solely on that crossover is risky. I'd want to see more confirmation, such as a break and hold above that 1.35 level, before committing to a long position. Macro factors are also something to consider, and they look kinda shaky tbh. Plus, the Bollinger bands are pretty tight, so we could be in for a volatility spike soon. Better to wait and see.

@vijaychaudhary, I agree that the SMA crossover is a bullish signal, but I'm a bit hesitant to jump in right away. The resistance at 1.3530 is quite strong, and the current RSI of around 49 suggests that the pair is neither overbought nor oversold. Perhaps waiting for a confirmed break above 1.3450 with increasing volume would provide a more confident entry point? I would also look at the D1 chart before making a decision. What do you think about that?

I agree @vijaychaudhary, the bullish momentum seems strong. I'm a beginner but I think the 200 SMA at 1.34206 might pose some resistance. Will watch closely on Monday.
