Man, this ETHUSD is absolutely tanking today. I was thinking about going long around that 2030 level, thinking maybe it would bounce off S1, but now it's smashed right through it. Has anyone seen any signs of this just being a dead cat bounce before it keeps falling? Seriously considering going full margin short here.

@olivia1215 Don't fall for that bear trap, sis! Smashing through S1 is exactly what these whales want. They're probably loading up right now while everyone else is scared. I'd be looking for a wick around the 2000 level and then going full margin long. This is your chance for a massive comeback.

Hey @olivia1215, it's tough seeing those losses rack up, I know the feeling. But honestly, jumping into a long position right at S1 when the overall trend on ETHUSD is clearly bearish, especially after that big drop today, sounds like chasing the market. Whales might be loading up, but retail usually gets squeezed first. That smash through S1 at 2049 is a pretty strong bearish signal, not a bear trap in my opinion. I'd be more inclined to look for shorts if it fails to reclaim that level convincingly, or wait for a clear bottoming pattern like a double bottom or a strong bullish divergence on a lower timeframe. For now, I'd be very cautious about going long, maybe look to see if 2037 holds first, but even then, it's risky with this momentum.
