Watching EURUSD right now, looks like it's testing that 1.16 level again. If it breaks above that, could it go higher? Feels like it's stuck in this range though.

Wait, I was just looking at the hourly chart and it seems like it struggled to push past 1.1615 yesterday. And if you look at the D1 chart, it's been bouncing around the same few pips for a while now. It's kinda confusing, I thought maybe it would break out, but it just keeps hovering. Is it waiting for some news or something?
