I've been reading about how important it is to understand risk management with ETHUSD, especially with crypto's volatility. I'm still trying to figure out how to set stop-loss orders correctly. Anyone have tips on setting appropriate stop-loss levels to minimize potential losses but still give the trade room to breathe? Like, based on ATR or recent price action?

Just to add to that, I've heard some people suggest using the Bollinger Bands to gauge potential overbought/oversold levels too. Something I'm trying to learn more about! The upper band is at 2141, so we're right at it...
Hi @jessica2545, stop-loss placement is tricky! A common strategy is to look at recent swing lows or highs on the chart and place your stop-loss just below or above those levels, respectively. Also, consider the volatility – a more volatile market requires a wider stop-loss. Don't forget to factor in your risk tolerance and account size. Good luck!
