Seriously, this slippage is killing me today. I tried to get into a trade earlier, just a small one, and the price I got was like 10 bucks higher than what I saw on the chart. Then I tried to close another position, and the spread was HUGE. It felt like the broker was just taking a massive bite out of my profits. Is it always this bad on ETHUSD during the US session? I keep seeing these headlines about institutions pouring money into crypto and I want to be part of it, but these fees and the way the prices jump around make it feel impossible to actually make money. I feel like I'm fighting the system and my own fear at the same time. I saw that news about institutions increasing allocations, and it makes me think this could go up, but then my trades just get eaten alive by the slippage. It's super annoying.
