For this XAUUSD trade, I'm keeping my position size super small. Just a tiny bit because I'm still learning and don't want to stress too much if it goes the wrong way.

Hey @adebola3974, I totally get where you're coming from. Keeping size small is key when you're still figuring things out, especially with XAUUSD. I actually saw a blog post yesterday that was talking about how many retail traders get caught in these fake breakouts, the 'inducement' they called it, before the real move happens. It’s like they’re setting traps. So, yeah, being careful with every trade makes total sense. I'm trying to do the same. Just entered a small long, but already thinking about where to put my SL. Don't want to be a bag holder if this doesn't pan out. What are your thoughts on current support levels around $4850? Seems like it held okay, but the volume feels a bit iffy to me.
