Hi all,
I'm trying to understand the significance of the Simple Moving Averages (SMAs) in DXY analysis. Currently, the 20-day SMA is at 96.7, the 50-day SMA is at 96.6, and the 200-day SMA is at 96.96. I understand that these are used to identify trends, but I'm not sure how to interpret them when they're so close together like this. Does this indicate a period of consolidation, or is there something else I should be looking for? Also, how reliable are these SMAs as support and resistance levels? Any insights would be fantastic!
