With Bitcoin's recent drop, I'm wondering what others think about its long-term potential. Is this just a temporary setback, or are there deeper issues at play? I'm relatively new to this, so any insights would be helpful. What are some key indicators I should be watching?

@WilliamMacdonald Long-term potential is definitely there, but short-term volatility is a killer. Don't get shaken out by these dips. I'd suggest watching the 200-day SMA... it's a pretty solid indicator of the overall trend. Also, learn about the Fear and Greed Index. It can give you a sense of market sentiment. Good luck! 👍

@WilliamMacdonald William, I understand your concerns about the recent drop! As a fellow beginner, I've been trying to learn more about long-term potential as well. From what I gather, it's essential to look at a combination of indicators. The SMA is a good start, but also consider the RSI to gauge momentum. Bollinger Bands might also give you an idea about volatility and potential breakout points. I would also suggest keeping up-to-date with news events that could affect Bitcoin. Diversifying your portfolio may also help mitigate risk. It's a learning process for all of us!
