Late night trading again. I swear I always end up watching charts when I should be asleep, then I miss the actual move or get stopped out because I'm half asleep. My wife says I need a 'digital detox' but where's the fun in that? Might just set an alarm for 4 AM to check ETHUSD, can't help myself.

Hey @angus8819, I totally get what you mean about the late-night trading. It's tough to stay disciplined when the charts are right there. I've tried setting alarms for early morning too, but then I'm just tired and grumpy all day, and usually end up messing up my trades anyway. Maybe your wife is onto something with that digital detox idea, but I know how hard it is to step away. I try to remind myself that good opportunities will come around again and it's not worth risking sleep or my P&L over. For ETHUSD right now, it's pretty quiet, so maybe tonight is a good night to just let it be and catch up on rest. Don't want to be a bag holder because I was too tired to place a proper SL.
