Okay, I'm cautiously optimistic about GBPUSD potentially moving higher in the medium term. The 200 SMA is still acting as resistance, but the price is consolidating nicely above the 20 SMA. If we see a sustained break above 1.3450, I think we could test 1.3480-1.3500. My reasoning is based on the weakening USD and a possible shift in risk sentiment. Of course, any major news could throw a wrench in the works, so I'll be keeping a close eye on the economic calendar. SL around 1.3400 for this trade, just in case.
