Decided to scale into my XAUUSD position rather than going all-in. Started with a smaller lot at 4495, then added more as it tested the 4510 area during NY session. Aiming for a more robust average entry around 4505, anticipating some chop before a potential move higher based on the inflation news. Risk management is key, even with safe haven plays.
