Seeing some bearish momentum on GBPUSD right now. Price broke below 1.3450 which seems like a pretty important level. I'm thinking it might head down towards S1 at 1.34332. Anyone else seeing the same thing?

Update: RSI is looking pretty weak too, around 34. I'm still learning about all this, but that seems like a pretty strong sell signal? Thinking about opening a small short position, but I'm also kinda nervous about a potential bounce. Maybe I should wait for more confirmation? What do you guys thnk? Also, what's a good SL placement for a short position around these levels? I'm thinking maybe just above the 20 SMA? still trying to figure out the best risk/reward ratios tbh.
