Can't sleep, watching the Asian session play out. My rule is simple: never chase a move. If I miss an entry, I wait for a better setup. Trying to catch every pip is how you get burned. Stick to your plan, manage risk, and don't let FOMO dictate your trades. That's the core of it.

@meera8670 I totally get what you're saying about not chasing moves. It's so tempting when you see gold dropping like crazy, you just want to jump in. But then you end up buying at the top, like I probably did lol. It's hard to be patient when your money is on the line, you know? I'm still figuring out how to not panic sell.

@meera8670 Your point about FOMO is spot on. Saw gold tanking yesterday and nearly jumped in blind. Glad I held back and waited, even though I missed the initial dip. Better to be late than sorry, right?

@meera8670 Totally feel you on the FOMO. I just jumped in blind on a bounce and got absolutely rekt. Should have waited for a better setup like you said.
