I think a lot of new traders underestimate the importance of position sizing. I always use a fixed percentage of my capital per trade, usually no more than 1-2%. It doesn't matter how good your analysis is, you can't predict the future. Proper position sizing helps weather the storms and keeps you in the game longer.

Hey @melissa2857, totally agree about position sizing being key. I'm trying to scale into my BTCUSD longs. I'll enter a small portion now around this 71k support, and if it holds and starts moving up, I'll add more. If it breaks below, I cut the initial part and wait for a better entry. Helps manage risk and avoid FOMOing in too hard.
