XAGUSD Mar 3
Took a small short position on XAGUSD earlier, thinking it was overbought. SL just got hit. Lost about 1% of my account. Guess I need to be more patient and wait for clearer signals next time. Live and learn, right?

Update: About my earlier short trade that hit SL... I think I jumped the gun based on the RSI alone. Should have looked at the bigger picture on the D1 chart. The overall trend was still kinda bullish despite the overbought signal. I need to remember to check multiple timeframes before making a decision. Also, maybe I should consider wider stop losses to account for the volatility, but that comes with its own risks. Any tips on managing stop losses in a volatile market like this?
