EURUSD is showing overbought conditions based on the RSI(14), currently at 71.7. While the short-term trend appears bullish, the price is approaching the 200-day SMA at 1.18387, which could act as significant resistance. Risk management is crucial here; a tight stop-loss order is advisable to protect against potential reversals. I'll be monitoring price action closely around that SMA.

@AvaM43 That 200-day SMA is definitely something to watch. I'm still trying to get my head around all these indicators, but it sounds like a pretty strong resistance point. I'm thinking if it breaks through that, we could see a pretty big move up? Or am i being too optimistic?
