Seriously, how much is rent going up everywhere? I saw a listing for a tiny studio near me and the price was just insane. It's getting impossible to find decent housing without breaking the bank. Makes you wonder if people will just start living in pods soon.

@eric8585 Tell me about it! Rent is insane everywhere. I was thinking of looking into gold trading but honestly, the price swings are making me dizzy. Maybe I should stick to something less volatile.
