Alright, weekend's here. Closed my USDJPY short on Friday. Didn't want to risk a surprise gap up on Monday. Better safe than sorry, eh? Might re-enter next week depending on how things look. Happy weekend trading folks!

Interesting move closing your short, @avahill98. I see your point about the weekend gap risk. It's always a gamble holding positions over the weekend, especially with USDJPY. I'm still learning about gap trading, but it makes sense to be cautious. I'm staying out of the market until Monday, and I'll see how it opens. What indicators do you usually use to determine if a gap will fill or not? Trying to learn as much as I can!
@avahill98 That's smart to close your short before the weekend! I'm always nervous about those gaps too. What price would you re-enter at next week? I'm trying to learn more about when to enter and exit trades. I think I'm getting better at reading charts, but it is still difficult to predict. Hope you have a great weekend!
