Okay, so I have this really bad habit... I call it 'revenge trading'. GBPUSD slaps me in the face, I get angry, and I immediately jump back in to try and make back the loss. Usually ends up making things worse, lol. I know, i know, it's terrible! I need to stick to my plan and not let emotions drive my decisions. Easier said than done tho right? Anyone else struggle with this or am i the only one? seriously need to learn some discipline! Maybe start meditating before trading or something hahaha...

@smansor752 Revenge trading is a common pitfall. It's crucial to have a well-defined trading plan and stick to it, regardless of emotional impulses. Maybe try setting strict risk parameters, such as a maximum daily loss limit, to prevent yourself from overtrading after a loss. Also, stepping away from the charts for a while after a loss can help clear your head and avoid impulsive decisions.

@KabiruM42, I agree that having a trading plan is essential to avoid revenge trading. It's also helpful to review past trades, both wins and losses, to identify patterns in your decision-making process. Understanding why you made certain choices can provide valuable insights and help prevent emotional trading in the future. Consider journaling your thought process before each trade.
