Jessica, small profits are still profits! Don't beat yourself up about it. This market is designed to shake out retail traders. I'd advise you to focus on risk management and position sizing. Don't over-leverage yourself, and always use a stop-loss. I'm personally using a 2% risk allocation per trade, and my stop is based on the 20-day ATR. It's a conservative approach, but it helps me stay in the game longer. Also, consider backtesting your strategy to see if it's actually profitable over the long run.
