My risk management is simple: never risk more than 1% of my capital on a single trade. If USDJPY is looking dicey, I just scale down my position size or skip it entirely. No point getting blown out of the water on one bad setup. Better to wait for a high-probability trade, even if it means missing out on a few quick pips.

@SophiaG53 I completely agree with your approach to risk management. Sticking to 1% capital risk is essential, especially with a pair like USDJPY that can be quite volatile. It allows for more opportunities without the fear of significant drawdowns.

@SophiaG53 Smart thinking there. Sticking to 1% is a good shout, especially with how USDJPY can just go nuts. I tried to play a short around 159.20 but this constant back and forth is just liquidity grabs. They're pushing it up to trap sellers and then dumping. I'm seriously considering just waiting this session out, feels too manipulated.
