@ryan_m70 Mate, I get that frustration. Staring at the screen all day and then realizing you missed the move is the worst. For me, it's about setting alerts and not chasing. If a FVG is there, it's there. If not, there's always next time. Don't let it get to you, we all have those days.

Hey @ryan_m70, I totally get what you mean about missing those FVG's. It's like you blink and the price has already shot off. I'm still pretty new to this, so I don't really know how to spot them myself unless someone points them out. The whole chart reading thing is a bit of a mystery to me still. I was reading some news this weekend about oil prices going up and how that might affect the Fed's plans. Apparently, that could make the dollar stronger? I'm not sure how that plays into FVG's or just general trading strategy, but it makes me nervous about opening any new positions right now. I guess for me, it's just about trying to understand the bigger picture rather than just chasing every little move.
