I've been looking at the EURUSD chart for a while now, and I'm starting to see what looks like a descending triangle pattern forming on the H4 chart. The upper trendline is pretty defined by a series of lower highs, while the horizontal support seems to be holding around that 1.1450 level, which we saw mentioned in the news as a recent low. The volume has been a bit subdued this session, which is typical for Asian trading. If this pattern breaks to the downside, especially with the underlying inflation concerns from oil prices, I'd be looking for a significant move lower. I'm just not sure if the break will happen tonight or if we'll see one more attempt to test the upper resistance before a decisive move. Still analyzing the best entry point, might wait for confirmation from the RSI breaking below 50.
