I'm still trying to understand how to combine different indicators for a clear picture. EURUSD is showing a bearish trend, which is quite clear, but then the RSI is sitting at 42.7, which is considered neutral. Does this mean the bearish momentum might be slowing down, or is it still strong enough to push lower? I'm trying to figure out if it's a good time to look for short opportunities or maybe wait for a clearer signal.

Just to add to my earlier thought, I'm also looking at the SMAs. The 20 and 50 SMAs are both above the current price, around 1.1783 and 1.1784. This usually suggests resistance, reinforcing the bearish idea but then, if we are near S1 at 1.17769, which is very close to the current price, could we see a bounce there? Or is it more likely to break below S1 and head towards S2 at 1.17685? As a scalper, these small movements are what I look for, but I want to make sure I'm reading the signals right for a quick entry and exit. It feels like a lot of conflicting signals sometimes...
